TimeOff is a management tool that allows you to manage your employees' time off and benefits very easily. The program allows you to include detailed information on each employee including personal data (name, id, start date, departments, position, etc.), custom data, comments, benefits accruals and benefits policies very easily and fast. In the calendar you can add entries by day on each employee. You can also customize departments, employees data items, benefit policies, time off reasons, timeoff users, among other things. The program can also calculate time off and benefits in a snap and you can create a series of printable reports on multiple issues including time off taken selection, month calendar, month at a glance, time off balances, employee information and benefit policy information.
What is more, the user interface is really nice and intuitive, and it can be fully customized from the Preferences menu.
In short, Timeoff is the perfect tool for managing employees, and calculating their benefits very easily.
